Minibeasts Everywhere

Last term, the children in Reception learnt about animals. As part of this, they focused on minibeasts. On a hot day, the children went for a minibeast hunt around Lavender Pond, guided by Mike. They were able to identify the animals, look at their habitats and even hold some animals. After this, they spent some time pond dipping. The children enjoyed the whole experience, including the bus ride!
