Tuesday 10th October was Mental Health Awareness Day. The children spent time learning what mental health is and why it is important. Some classes had specific mindfulness time. Children reflected on how they can look after their mental health and support others. Nursery had a pamper day and created their own ‘spa’. The School Council decided they wanted to write positive affirmations for people and these were shared across the school throughout the day, reminding people why they are amazing.
