Prayer of the Month: October (by Fisher Class)

Dear Mary,

We pray for our parish, the people and the world. We pray that the Month of the Holy Rosary is happy, holy and Mary, our mother, blesses us all. Let us be forgiven for all our sins like you.

Help all wars and hatred turn into peace and love. Guide us to do the right thing always. Help the people that are sick, tired and hungry and bless the people that help them.

Lord, in your Mercy,

Prayer of the Month:

In our school, we have four prayers that we recite together daily during our class Act of Worship sessions.

Morning Prayer:

O my God, you love me, you’re with me night and day.

I want to love you always in all I do and say.

I’ll try to please you, Father, bless me through the day.

Amen

Before Meal Prayer:

Bless us, O God, as we sit together.

Bless the food we eat today.

Bless the hands that made the food.

Bless us, O God.

Amen

After Meal Prayer:

Thank you, God, for the food we have eaten.

Thank you, God, for all our friends.

Thank you, God, for everything.

Amen

Home Time Prayer:

God, our Father, I come to say thank you for your love today.

Thank you for my family and all the friends you give to me.

Guard me in the dark of night and in the morning send your light.

Amen
