Saturday 17th March 2018
Mr Dines arrived even earlier than normal and helped get the snow covered pitch playable by sweeping the lines. Our team arrived in their usual excited way and pleased the game was still going ahead. We had a vote on how long to play for and voted for the full 50 minutes. We again showed our self-belief as we were 1-0 down and a penalty against us with 15 minutes left. Everyone had put in 100% effort and after hitting the bar and the post we scored 2 lovely hard worked goals from our star striker Freddie.
