Today, the new group of children who have formed the Spiritual Life Committee, led Mass at our local Parish. Our Headteacher, Mr Coffey, oversees the team. They meet regularly to discuss how to support the religious education of the school and support the other children in their pastoral role. We are delighted to have a passionate group who are willing to give up their time to support others. In Mass today, they read their lines clearly and led the school through the service. All children enjoyed singing the hymns.
We are looking forward to seeing how they develop as the year moves forward.
